No. We’re an independent study companion. Check current requirements with MPA and Singapore Polytechnic, and take qualified practical instruction.
How does $1 a day work?
Daily membership costs SGD $1 per day and automatically renews each day until cancelled. It includes every course lesson, practice topic and mock exam. The PDF is sold separately.
Can I cancel whenever I’m ready?
Yes. Choose Cancel membership in My account before your next renewal. This stops future renewal; you can keep learning until the end of your current paid period.
Is the study book included?
The reading PDF is a separate SGD $15 personal-use purchase. Find your download in your book library after payment and email verification. It remains yours after membership ends.
What details do I need to join?
Just your name and email. Sign in with a private email link; there’s no password. Stripe handles payment details securely, including the card required for a friend’s free first month.
Can I use this to navigate a boat?
Use myPPCDL for study and exam preparation. Lessons, diagrams and dated photographs don’t replace current charts, tide predictions, practical instruction or live navigation information.
